    Where do I even start? When we first met Heather through Zillow, I thought it would be a one and done experience. I was SO wrong. We instantly loved Heather. She is unlike any agent we have ever had. She genuinely wants you to find the right home. She doesn’t rush you or pressure you at all, and takes great care to make sure everyone in your family is getting the things they want. We have 9 year old twins and Heather is the absolute best with them. Never fazed by my kiddos running all around, throwing themselves on the floor of many houses. Heather always makes us feel important and cared for. My whole family loves Heather and we are so grateful to have her as our agent and now our friend.

    Heather is amazing!! We have purchased and sold a couple of houses in the DC area. When it came to finding something in the Annapolis area, we wanted a local expert. Heather found great homes for us to look at and was very encouraging about us finding our dream home!! She was always willing to show us houses, get information from listing agents, and go the extra mile. She was always available, even for submitting late night offers to be sure ours was the first offer in. That strategy got us our dream home!! She is amazing with our kids!! Heather will now be helping us sell our current home. We love working with her. She makes it so easy!!

    Working with Heather is amazing. The first time I saw her with clothes on was at our first appointment (we originally met in the sauna at the gym.) Overall experience started with a chat about a property and ended up viewing many before settling on the dream.

    Heather is simply wonderful. A great personality, robust local knowledge, and a professional manner makes her an asset to any buyer/seller. The experience was very easy and fun. Her personal knowledge of the local area influenced me to look at areas I had not thought of. Her casual and honest approach to the various homes was enlightening - pointing out certain aspects of a neighborhood, construction quality, area schools/amenities, and personal opinions of each property was exceedingly helpful and never overbearing. Heather greatly understands the ultimate decision is on the buyer/seller and she will do everything she can to get you to where you want to be - and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Heather for this, at times, stressful process. I always felt she had my best interest in mind. I have dealt with realtors in the past that seemed to drive me to spend more and more for something I did not need to provide them with a higher commission - Heather never did that. I always felt Heather kept my point-of-view and pocketbook in mind and educated me on aspects of the negotiation I was uneducated on.Heather was also very forward thinking during the negotiation of the purchase and with dealing with my lender - keeping things moving along at a steady pace to close as fast as possible.
